| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大学生的身高、体重、体重指数及与身体满意度的关系。方法采用自编问卷对547名大学生的身高、体重及身体满意度进行了调查。结果1男女大学生的平均身高为1.71和1.60米,平均体重为61.48和50.29kg;男生希望身体更高和更胖,而女生希望更高和更瘦,75.5%的女生的理想体重指数低于18.5;2女生身体满意度比男生低（P〈0.01）;3身高是影响大学生身体满意度的重要因素（P〈0.01）。结论男大学生希望体形更高壮,女大学生希望体形更高挑,性别、身高影响身体满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship among college students＇ height,weight and body satisfaction,and supply some advice for health education. Methods A total of 547 undergraduates were investigated by a questionnaire which required them to report their height,weight and body satisfaction.Results ①Than realistic body mass index,male＇s ideal body mass index was taller and stronger,but female＇s ideal body mass index was taller and thinner.The ideal body mass index in 75.5% of female college students was below 18.5; ②Undergraduate body satisfaction showed difference among sex.Female＇s body satisfaction was lower than that of male＇s（P〈0.01）; ③Height has great effect on college students＇ body satisfaction（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Gender and height have relation to college students＇ body satisfaction. |
