| 摘 要： | 采用ＨＲＰ和放射自显影法，研究了３０只大鼠扣带皮质与脑内一些与疼痛有关结构的纤维联系，结果表明丘脑内侧核内、外侧部及隔外侧核与扣带皮质前、后部都有联系，但以扣带前部为主；斜角带核和隔内侧与扣带皮质前、后部均存在着纤维联系；扣带皮质前与束旁核、中缝背核及尾壳核有纤维联系。

| Abstract: | The,fiber connections of the cingulate cortex from the brain areas relating to pain in30 rats were studied with HRP and autoradiographic methods.The results are obtained as fol-lows:Some brain areas relating to pain ,for instance,the medial part and lateral part of medialthalamic nucleus,parafascicular nucleus,septal nuclei,caudate nucleus and dorsal raphe nucleus,connected mainly with the anterior cingulate cortex.It is possible that these fiber connections areone of the morphological bases of cingulate cortex for regulating pain. |
