CT导向立体定向下手术治疗高血压脑出血

目的　为了增强疗效 ,减少手术创伤。方法　局麻下采用立体定向仪 ,由CT导向立体定向手术。选定血肿靶点并计算血肿体积 ,核对后安装导向器 ,非功能区选点 (手术切口 ) ,将导向器送入靶点后试抽 ,留置引流。结果　 8例经过 1年的随访 ,良好者 4例 ,轻残者 3例 ,1例放弃治疗后肺感染死亡。结论　传统手术治疗手术时间长 ,失血多 ,手术创伤大 ,术后病人反应严重。本方法操作简便 ,定位准 ,如能准确定位 ,及时手术 ,不失为一种治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法

Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage due to Hypertension with CT Tridimensional Directional Operation

Objective: To improve the curative effect and decrease operative trauma. Methods: The directional operation was performed at local anesthesia with tridimensional oriented finder of CT. The hematoma target was selected and the volume of hematoma was calculated. The incision at non-functional area was chosen to install the finder and drain out the hematoma. Results: 4 cases of 8 patients were satisfied, 3 cases were slightly disability and 1 dead after given up anti-infection treatment of lung. Conclusion: Many shortages of conventional operation are long duration, more bleeding, severe operative trauma and side effects. This method could be easy to perform and exact to orient. It might be an effective method to treat cerebral hemorrhage of hypertension.
