| 摘 要： | 目的分析骨折后合并关节僵硬的危险性,进行科学指导功能训炼,降低并发症的发生。方法对150例关节僵硬的患者进行回顾性分析,并向病人讲解骨折固定后关节活动的重要意义,使病人真正认识功能锻炼的必要性,采用循序渐进的训炼方法。结果患者的关节僵硬及并发症的发生与护士及患者本人密切相关。结论改善功能训炼相关因素对预防关节僵硬的发生至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the risk of joint stiffness complications after fracture,carrying out scientific guidance of functional training to reduce the occurrence of complications.Methods 150 cases of patients with joint stiffness were analyzed retrospectively,being told the importance of joint activities after fracture fixation so as to truly understand the necessity of functional training and the step-by-step refining method.Results Patients with joint stiffness and the occurrence of complications in patients were closely related with the nurses and patients themselves.Conclusion Improvement of related functional training factors is of utmost importance for prevention of the occurrence of joint stiffness. |
