热球治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床观察与护理配合

目的探讨热球子宫内膜消除术(TBEA)治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果与护理配合。方法采用Medisell公司生产的TB(thermal balloon,热球)型子宫内膜治疗仪对70例功血患者施以热球子宫内膜消除术,术后追踪1年,观察月经量等方面的变化,同时做好心理护理及相关护理。结果70例患者中月经量明显减少者48例(占68.57%),点滴量月经8例(占11.43%),出现闭经者9例(12.86%),无明显效果者5例(占7.14%)。月经量及痛经方面的改善有显著性意义(P<0.001),治疗有效率达92.86%。未出现明显并发症,患者能主动配合治疗及疗效追踪。结论热球治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切,安全性高,护理上应做好心理护理及相关护理。

The Clinical Observation of the Thermal Balloon Treatment Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding and the Nursing Matches

Objective To study the effect of the thermal balloon treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding and nursing matches. Methods 70 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated with thermal balloon endometrial ablation system made in Medisell(China)M.I.Mfg.Co.,Ltd. All patients received a year clinical follow up the change of menstruation after operation. Work well the mental nursing and related nursings at the same time. Results Among them 48 cases (68.57%) had normal periods.8 cases(11.43%) had only spotting.9 cases(12.86%) became amenorrhea.5 cases had no change. The improvement of menstruation quantity and dysmenorrhea was significantly different (P<0.001). Efficient was 92.86%. Did not appear the complications, the patients can match with the treatment and the result track. Conclusion The effect of thermal balloon treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding is assurance. The safety is high. Should work well the mental nursing and related nursings.
