硫酸镁在慢性喘息性支气管炎治疗中的临床应用

目的:对硫酸镁应用于慢性喘息性支气管炎效果加以分析总结。方法:选择慢性喘息性支气管炎患者79例,分为A组与B组,A组45例患者为治疗组,B组34例患者为对照组,在常规治疗基础上,分别以硫酸镁注射液及利巴韦林注射液治疗。结果:经治疗,A组患者发热、喘憋以及喘鸣音消失等病症改善时间相比于B组较少,有效率相比于B组较高,不良反应发生率低于B组患者。结论:硫酸镁应用于慢性喘息性支气管炎,效果显著。

Clinical application of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis

Objective Used in chronic asthmatic bronchitis effect of magnesium sulfate to be analyzed and summarized.Methods The study randomly chronic asthmatic bronchitis patients 79,divided into A and B group,A group of 45 patients for the treatment group and B group,34 patients of the control group,inconventional medical treatment on the basis of sulfate injection and ribavirin injection heal.Results Disease to improve time to heal,group A patients with fever,wheezing and wheezing disappeared less than group B,more efficient than in group B,the incidence of adverse reactions than in group B patients.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate used in chronic asthmatic bronchitis,the effect is significant.
