丙酸睾丸酮配伍米非司酮和米索前列醇在药流中的临床应用

目的探讨丙酸睾丸酮配伍米非司酮和米索前列醇在药流中的临床应用。方法对240例孕37～49d内自愿终止妊娠又无药物流产禁忌症的早孕妇女,随机分成两组,对照组120例单用米非司酮和米索前列醇;试验组120例,在上述用药的第1天加用丙酸睾丸酮150mg单次肌注。比较两组的完全流产率、孕囊排出时间、阴道出血量、出血时间。结果两组病例在完全流产率、孕囊排出时间、出血时间比较,试验组高于对照组（P〈0.05）阴道出血量试验组明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论丙酸睾丸酮配伍米非司酮和米索前列醇用于药物流产中,能安全有效地提高完全流产率,减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血时间,值得临床推广。

Testosterone Propionate Combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in Induced Abortion in the Clinical Application

Objective To investigate the value of the testosterone propionate in ombination with mifepristone and misoprostol in medical abortion. Methods 240 early pregnant women within 37 to 49 days of voluntary termination of pregnancy without medical abortion taboos were randomly divided into two groups. In the contral group, 120 subjects were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol, and another group of 120 cases were injected with 150mg testosterone propionate additionally on the first day of treatment with the above-mentioned drugs. The rate of complete abortion, pregnancy sac discharge time, the amount of vaginal bleeding, and the bleeding time in two groups were completed. Results The successful abortion rate of study group is higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; and the pregnancy sac discharge time, the amount of vaginal bleeding, and the bleeding time is less than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The regime assisted wiht testosterone propionate, mifepristone and misoprostol has notable effect on abortion.
