盐酸氟桂嗪治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床效果评价

目的:评价盐酸氟桂嗪治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床效果。方法:将92例脑动脉硬化症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用盐酸氟桂嗪治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.3%,显著高于对照组患者的71.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血液流变学各项指标均优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盐酸氟桂嗪治疗脑动脉硬化症临床疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的临床症状及血液流变学指标,值得临床广泛应用。

Clinical effect evaluation of taking flunarizine hydrochloride in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of taking flunarizine hydrochloride in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis.Methods 92 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group,patients in control group were treated by routine treatment,based on this patients in the observation group were treated by flunarizine hydrochloride,observed clinical efficacy of patients in two groups.Results Total effective rate of patients in observation group was 91.3%,significantly higher than that in control group in(71.7%),the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the indexes of blood rheology of the patients in observation group were superior to the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking flunarizine hydrochloride for cerebral arteriosclerosis has good clinical curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms and blood rheology index significantly,worthy of clinical application.
