早期术后活动对腹部手术患者康复的影响

目的探讨早期术后活动对腹部手术患者康复的影响。方法对我院2009年1月—12月行腹部手术的158例患者,按奇偶入院顺序分为观察组77例和对照组81例。对照组患者采取常规腹部手术后护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取早期术后活动的干预措施,比较2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况及临床效果。结果观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间明显较对照组提前（P〈0.01）;观察组患者的切口愈合时间及住院时间均较对照组明显减少（P〈0.01）;出院时日常生活能力观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论腹部手术后患者早期术后活动,可以促进康复,提高患者的生活质量,降低医疗成本。

Influence of early postoperative activities on the abdominal for surgery patients

Objective To study the influence of early postoperative activities on the abdomen the recovery for surgery patients.Methods The clinical data from January 2009 to December 158 line abdominal surgery patients, according to parity admission into the observation group order 77 cases and 81 cases of control group.In the patients take conventional abdominal surgery care routine, the observation group in conventional care to take on the basis of the early postoperative activity intervention measures, compared with two groups the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and clinical effect. Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was significantly ahead of time than the control group （P〈0.01）. Observe the incision group of patients in hospital and healing time were significantly reduce than the control group（P〈0.01 ）.the hospital daily living skills the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Early postoperative activity for the abdominal surgery patients can promote the patient recovered, improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce health care costs.
