疾病预防控制中心实验室信息管理系统建设探索

[目的]结合实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)开发实施工作,探讨LIMS建设的全过程。[方法]通过对宝山区疾病预防控制中心LIMS开发实施工作的分析,从选型、需求分析、实施、验证、系统维护及完善等方面对LIMS建设的全过程进行探讨。[结果]LIMS选型是建设的关键,需求分析是建设成功的基石,实施验证是建设的核心,系统维护及完善是应用的保障。[结论]LIMS建设是一个系统工程,设计良好的LIMS可以提高实验室管理水平。

Discussion on construction of laboratory information management system for centre for disease prevention and control

[ Objective] To explore the whole process of laboratory information management system（LIMS） in combination with the development and implementation of LIMS. [ Methods ] By analysis of development and implementation of LIMS in Baoshan District Center for Disease Prevent and Control, the whole process of LIMS construction was discussed on type selection, needs analysis, implementation and verification, system maintenance and improvement of LIMS. [ Results ] The type selection is the key; needs analysis is the cornerstone; and the implementation and verification is the core of successful construction of LIMS. Meanwhile the maintenance and improvement is a basic guarantee for its application. [ Conclusion] The construction of LIMS is a systematic project. A well - designed LIMS can improve laboratory management.
