超普疝修补装置治疗腹股沟疝95例的临床体会

目的探讨超普疝修补装置（ultrapro hernia system,UHS）在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用体会。方法对同济大学附属第十人民医院2010年7月至2010年11月期间收治的95例采用UHS行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的患者进行回顾性分析。结果95例患者中围手术期无死亡病例,手术时间26～56 min,术后不需拆线,平均术后住院时间3.3 d,全组患者术后疼痛轻微,无切口血肿、感染发生,随访时间1～5个月,全组患者随访疗效满意,术后无慢性疼痛、硬结、异物感,未见阴囊水肿,皮下淤血、感染,腹股沟区慢性疼痛、复发以及异物排斥、睾丸萎缩等后遗症。结论在应用UHS治疗腹股沟疝时,UHS在具有足够抗张强度,同时能使补片完全覆盖耻骨肌孔,加强腹横筋膜,且异物存留量低、术后并发症如异物感及慢性疼痛的发生率明显减少,并有效防止复发,具有提高生活质量等优点,是一种安全有效的无张力修补方法。

Repair of inguinal hernia with ultrapro hernia system: a report of 95 cases

Objective To evaluate the application of ultrapro hernia system(UHS) in tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with inguinal hernia undergoing tension-free repair with UHS from July 2010 to November 2010 were reviewed retrospectively.Results All patients were cured and there was no perioperative death.The operating time lasted for 26～56min, the patients remained in the hospital for 3.3 d.No wound hematoma,infection,scrotal hydrocele occurred.There were no chronic pain,no induration,no sensation of foreign body,no scrotal swelling, no subcutaneous ecchymosis or no recurrence during follow-up period of 1～5 months.Conclusion The application of UHS is a safe and effective method for tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.
