| 摘 要： | 三苯氧胺是雌激素受体阳性的乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗的首选药物。其抗雌激素作用用于乳腺癌治疗,但类雌激素样的作用可能导致子宫内膜病变,长期使用可增加子宫内膜癌的发病率。本文旨在探讨三苯氧胺引起子宫内膜病变的作用机制以及左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（曼月乐）对三苯氧胺引起的相关子宫内膜病变的治疗及预防作用。

| Abstract: | Tamoxifen is widely used as hormonal therapy for premenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer.It has exhibited anti-estrogenic activity for breast cancer,but has estrogenic effects on endometrium,which may increase the incidence of endometrial carcinoma.This article reviews the mechanism of tamoxifen,its effect on the endometrium,as well as the treatment and prevention of endometrium lesions with Mirena,an agent of intrauterine levonorgestrel-releasing system. |
