急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原相关性探讨

目的探讨急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、D-二聚体（DD）及纤维蛋白原（Fg）水平变化及其之间的相关性。方法收集263例ACI患者（ACI组）、112名健康人（对照组）血液标本,采用循环酶法测定Hcy、免疫比浊法测定DD和Fg。结果 ACI患者血浆Hcy、DD和Fg的水平均明显高于对照组（P均〈0.01）。ACI患者血浆Hcy与DD水平存在显著性正相关（P〈0.01）,与Fg水平无显著性相关;血浆DD与Fg水平之间也存在显著性正相关。结论血浆Hcy、DD、Fg水平与ACI的发生、发展密切相关,三者联合检测对ACI的预防、治疗和预后均有着十分重要的临床意义。

Study on the correlation of plasma homocysteine, D-dimer and fibrinogen in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the levels of plasma homocysteine（Hcy）,D-dimer（DD） and fibrinogen（Fg） in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI） and the correlation between them. Methods Blood samples were collected from 263 patients with ACI and 112 healthy controls.The Hcy was determined by enzymatic cycling method,and DD and Fg were determined by immunoturbidimetry. Results The plasma levels of Hcy,DD and Fg in patients with ACI were significantly higher than those in the controls（P〈0.01）.In patients with ACI,there were positive correlation between Hcy and DD（P〈0.01）.However,there was no significant correlation between Hcy and Fg.There were significantly positive correlation between the levels of DD and Fg.Conclusions The plasma levels of Hcy,DD and Fg are closely related to the occurrence of patients with ACI.The combined detection of Hcy,DD and Fg has clinical significance in the prevention,treatment and prognosis of ACI.
