翼腭管的解剖结构与阻滞麻醉上颌神经的关系

摘    要:本文通过40例一侧头部标本研究了翼腭管的解剖结构。提出了在经翼腭管阻滞麻醉上颌神经时,以眼内眦至鼻翼基底距离的90%来确定进针深度的新方法。应用该法,针尖接近上颌神经主干,并可避免刺入眼眶。

Abstract:An investigation of the pterygopalatinecanal was made in forty specimens ofunilateral head. We suggest that whenthe second division of the trigeminalnerve were to be blocked via the pterygo-palatine canal the needle had to be inser-ted up to the poinit on the linie conne-cting the medial angle of eye and thealar base, 9/10 from the medial angle ofthe eye with this method, the tip of ne-edle coanm be introducedl near the nervetrunk whereas it will not penetrateinto the orbit. The clinical applicationsof this method are briefly described.
