电针内关穴对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤中一氧化氮及其合酶的影响

摘    要:目的研究观察电针大鼠内关穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤 (MIRI)大鼠一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)与同功酶原生型 (cNOS)、诱生型 (iNOS)的变化 ,探讨电针内关穴对心肌细胞的保护作用。方法将大鼠分为 5组即假手术对照组、缺血再灌注模型组、电针内关保护组、电针列缺对照组、电针合谷对照组 ,每组 1 0只动物。检测各组大鼠血清中NO、NOS含量的影响。结果电针心包经内关穴升高心肌NO含量明显强于电针肺经列缺穴 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;电针心包经内关穴可使NOS、cNOS含量升高 ,与模型组比较差异显著 ,且升高心肌NOS及cNOS活性的效应亦明显强于电针列缺、合谷组 (P <0 .0 5 )。各组心肌iNOS变化不明显。结论电针内关穴可以减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤的程度 ,对心肌细胞有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of nitrogen monoxide (NO),nitricoxide synthase(NOS),constitutive NOS (cNOS) and inducing NOS (iNOS) on myocardial ischemic reperfusion injyry in rat models following electroacupuncture to Neiguan. Methods 50 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into five groups,i.e. sham operated group(SOG), modeling group(MG), Neiguan electroacupuncturing group(NEG), Lieque-electroacupuncturing group(LEG) and Hegu-electroacupuncturing group(HEG),with 10 rats in each group.Then,the changes in the activities of NO,NOS,cNOS and iNOS were determined and compared among the animals of different groups.Results The results showed that the activities of NO,NOS and cNOS were significantly higher in NEG than that in LGE,MG and HEG,while there was no significant differences seen in the activity of iNOS among all the groups.Conclusion Electroacupuncturing to Neiguan can reduce the injuring degree of myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury induced in rats to bring about significant protective effect on myocardial cells.
