糖皮质激素对牙周炎发病作用的实验研究

目的 探讨糖皮质激素对牙周炎发生发展的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠64只，分为对照组，单纯结扎组，单纯激素组及激素＋结扎组。肌注醋酸可的松混悬液致内分泌紊乱，15天后用牙颈部丝线结扎法^1]诱发牙周炎，观察牙周组织的变化。结果 激素＋结扎组牙周炎的表现最明显，牙周袋深度及破骨细胞数与其余3组相比均有显著差异（P＜0．01），电镜观察发现成纤维细胞及成骨细胞功能不活跃，而破骨细胞功能活跃。结论 糖皮质激素能加速牙周炎的发展，与其引起的组织修复能力降低有关。

Experimental study for the role of glucocorticoid on periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of glucocorticoid on occurrence and development of periodontitis. Methods Sixty-four SD male rats were divided randomly into four groups(contol, only ligation, only hormone, hormone and ligation).Experimental periodontitis by ligation was initiated on day 15 of cortisone acetate injection.The changes of periodontium were observed. Results For the hormone and ligation group, symptom of periodontitis obvious and the PD value and the amount of osteoclasts were different obviously when compared to the other three groups(P< 0.01);inactive fibroblasts and osteoblasts and active osteoclasts were observed by electron miscroscope(ETM). Conclusion Glucocorticoid promotes development of periodontitis and this action is related to decreased tissue regeneration.
