二甲亚砜对庆大霉素耳蜗毒性的影响

摘    要:豚鼠45只,随机分为3组,第1组为正常对照组,第2组为肌注庆大霉素组(GM组), 第 3组在肌注 GM的同时,腹腔注射二甲亚砜(GM+DMSO组),以探讨 DMSO对 GM耳毒性的 预防作用。结果表明;GM+DMSO组动物耳蜗神经动作电位(AP)阈值较GM组明显为低,AP (N1)潜伏期GM组较GM+DMSO组显著延长;耳蜗铺片显示。GM+DMSO组外毛细胞受损程度 较GM组明显为轻。提示DMSO可有效地减轻GM的耳蜗毒性。

Abstract:Forty five guinea pigs were divided at random into three groups;the first one was the normal group; the second was the gentamycin group; the third was the gentanmycin plus dimethyl sulfoxide group(GM+DMSO group). The electrochleographic and light microscopic techniques were used to study the effects of DMSO on gentamycin ototoxicity. The results showed that the hearing threshold of AP (action potential) was significantly (P<0.01) higher in the GM (gentamycin) group than that in the GM plus DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide) group and the latency of N1 was significantly (P<0. 01) longer in GM group than that in GM plus DMSO group. The structural damage of outer hair cells was severer in the GM group than that in the GM plus DMSO group. It demonstrated the good efficiency of DMSO against GM ototoxicity.
