| 摘 要： | 目的]了解神经症病人家属的情绪障碍和心理干预的效果。方法]采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对120例神经症病人家属进行心理状况调查,并对病人家属进行心理干预。结果]神经症病人家属普遍存在心理问题,情绪障碍以焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、睡眠障碍为突出,通过心理干预后,SCL-90评分明显下降。结论]心理干预能有效减轻家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善家属的躯体化障碍、睡眠障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective:To know about emotional disorders of family members of neurosis patients and the effect of psychological intervention for them.Methods:Psychological state of a total of 120 family members of neurosis patients was investigated by adopting SCL-90.And psychological intervention had carried out for family members of patients.Results:Family members of neurosis patients commonly had psychological problems.Anxiety,depression,somatization and sleep disorders were predominant in emotional disorders among them.The SCL-90 score of them decreased significantly after psychological intervention.Results:Psychological intervention can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of family members of neurosis patients,and improve somatization disorder and sleep disorders of them. |
