子宫内膜腺癌组织中P~(21ras)的表达及意义

应用Ｐ２１ｒａｓ单克隆抗体，用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学法分析子宫内膜腺癌组织中Ｐ２１ｒａｓ的表达。结果表明：子宫内膜腺癌组织中Ｐ２１ｒａｓ阳性表达率及表达强度明显高于其他组织（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００５），且随组织学分级增高而增高。说明：子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展均与ｒａｓ基因变异有关。提示：Ｐ２１ｒａｓ单抗做为子宫内膜腺癌诊断标志物及临床应用的可能性。

The P 21ras expression and evaluation in endometrial adenocarcinoma

Using a monoclonal antibody against ras oncogene product P 21ras , the expression of P 21ras in tissues obtained from the patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma was assessed precisely by means of A B C immunohistochemical technique. The results showed that the frequency and the stainning intensity of P 21ras expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma were obviously higher then those in other two groups ( P <0.05, P <0.005) and they increased according to the histologic grading in adenocarcinoma of endometrium. All results above indicated that the occurance and progression of the adenocarcinoma were related to the ras gene mutations. It was suggested that it was possible to use P 21ras monoclonal antibody as a new diagnosis marker in clinical application
