青蒿琥酯治疗先天性疟疾39例疗效观察

目的了解青蒿琥酯治疗先天性疟疚的疗效。方法先天性疟疚患儿81例，随机分成治疗组39例和对照组42例，治疗组给予青蒿琥酯，对照组给予奎宁，观察7d后的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92．31％和83．33％，疟原虫转阴率分别为92．31％和78．57％，两组比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。对照组的副作用相对较大。结论青蒿琥酯治疗先天性疟疚疗效好而迅速，副作用少，可以作为首选药。

Treatment of 39 congenital malaria with artesunate

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of artesunate on congenital malaria. Methodds Eighty - one congenital malaria patients were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 39 eases treated with artesunate and the control group consisted of 42 cases treated wth quinine. The effect was evaluated 7 days after treatment. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.31% and 83.33% and the clearance rates of plasmodium were 92.31% and 78.57 %, respectively, without sowing significant differences （P 〉 0.05 ） . Besides, the side effect of drug was much higher in control group than that in treatment group. Conclusion The effect of artesunate marked and rapid with less side effect and it can be used as drug of first choice for treatment of congenital malaria.
