| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以肺外表现为首发症状的肺癌症状临床特点。方法:分析44例以肺癌表现为首发症状的原发性肺癌的临床特点和病理学类型。结果:44例原发性肺癌,均经病理学确诊,非小细胞癌36例,小细胞肺癌8例。首发症状发生率从高到低依次为胸背痛、头晕失眠、声音嘶哑、发热等。结论:肺癌临床表现复杂度样,对非本系统疾病解释困难,特别是高危人群就要警惕原发性肺癌的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the acquaintance of primary lung cancer behaving as extra-pulmonary manifestation firstly.Method Clinical data of patients with primary lung cancer manifesting symptoms of extra-pulmonary firstly and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients(n=44) were confirmed by pathology.Extra-pulmonary manifestation were firstly observed such as chest or back pain,mass in neck,dizzy or agrypnia,hoarse voice,fever,lamb weakness,fatigue,et al.Conclusion Extra-pulmonary manifestation must be paid attention to because it is misdiagnosed more easily. |
