| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究雌激素对S180 荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其免疫机制。方法 :观察雌激素对S180 荷瘤小鼠瘤重的影响 ,检测各实验组小鼠巨噬细胞 (M)相关免疫功能指标。结果 :一定剂量的雌激素能明显抑制S180 肉瘤在小鼠体内的生长 ,能增强正常小鼠及荷瘤小鼠M介导的肿瘤细胞毒 (MTC)功能 ,并可促进一氧化氮 (NO)的分泌 ,而且MTC功能与NO水平呈正相关。结论 :雌激素增强M的免疫功能可能是其发挥抑瘤作用的重要机制之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of tumor-inhibition of estrogen on Sarcoma 180-bearing mice and its immunological mechanisms.Methods:we observed the effect of estrogen on tumor weight in S- 180 -bearing mice and examined the immunological indexes related to macrophages in all experimented mice.Results:Estrogen at certain dose could inhibit tumor growth significantly,could raise M mediated tumor cytotoxicity (MTC) and enhance the level of NO in normal mice and S- 180 -bearing mice.Moreover,MTC had positive linear correlation with the level of NO. Conclusion:Estrogen's ability of promoting the immunological function of M may be an important reason for tumor-inhibition. |
