香蕉皮多酚类物质的提取及其抗真菌作用研究

摘    要:目的:从香蕉皮中提取多酚,在豚鼠观察香蕉皮多酚的抗皮肤真菌作用。方法:浸提法从香蕉皮中提取多酚并经FC法测定多酚浓度,采用小孢子癣菌感染豚鼠模型。结果:香蕉皮多酚提取率为0.45%,对豚鼠皮肤真菌感染有效率为100%。结论:香蕉皮多酚对豚鼠小孢子癣菌皮肤感染有显著疗效。

Abstract:Objective Banana peel polyphenol was extracted and its antifungal activity were studied.Methods Polyphenol content in banana peel was determined by Folin-Ciocalte colorimetry.The antifungal activity was studied by means of guinea-pig skin microsporum infection model.Results Polyphenol content in banana peel was measured as 0.45 g/100 g.,polyphenol extraction rate is 0.45%.Conclusion Antifungal infection efficiency of banana peel polyphenol was obviously.
