术前置入胃管时机对患者影响的探讨

目的探讨不同胃管置入时机对患者的影响,提高一次置管成功率。方法将60例需要术前插胃管的择期手术患者随机分为对照组A(清醒状态下插胃管)和实验组B(全麻后插胃管),每组各30例;记录插管过程中患者心率、血压的变化和观察有无恶心、呕吐、咳嗽等副反应及一次置管成功率。结果实验组在心率、血压变化及插管反应等方面均低于对照组,而一次置管成功率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论全麻后插胃管有助于减轻患者的痛苦,提高一次置管成功率,是一种简便、安全、有效和人性化的方法。

Timing of nasogastric intubation before operation

Objective To observe the effects of different nasogastric intubaiton methods on patients and increase the successful intubation ratio at one attempt.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A used conventional intubation method without anesthesia induction,while group B received general anesthesia.The side effects of nausea and vomiting and successful intubation ratio at one attempt were compared in two groups.Results The changes of heart rate blood pressure and intubation responses in group B were lower than those in group A(all P<0.05).The successful intubation ratio at one attempt in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia induction could obviously lessen patients' pain and increase the successful gastric intubation radio at one attempt.This procedure was proved to be an effective and time-saving method in nursing.
