| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究脂蛋白 a[L p（a） ]与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法 :用二维超声显像检测 65例 L p（a）异常和正常的老年人颈动脉结构和血流状态。结果 :L p（a）异常的老年人颈动脉粥样硬化、斑块的发生率及严重程度均明显高于正常组 （P<0 .0 5）。结论 :L p（a）异常与颈动脉粥样硬化相关

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the correlation between lipoprotein(a) and carotid a the rosclerosis. METHODS:The carotid structure and blood flow in 65 Lp(a) abnormal and normal elderly persons were surveyed and compared by ultrasound. RESULTS:The incidence and severity of carotid atheroscleriss and plaques in the L p(a) abnormal elderly persons were much higher than those of the Lp(a) normal pe rsons( P <0.05). CONCLUSION:Lp(a) abnomality is correlated with caro tid atherosclerosis. |
