| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨老鹳草提取物对实验性胃溃疡小鼠胃黏膜的保护作用机制.方法]取实验小鼠随机分组,连续灌胃给予老鹳草提取物7d,皮下注射利血平10mg/kg,6h后眼球采血,检测血清一氧化氮含量;采用无水乙醇制作小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,测定小鼠胃黏膜组织中PGE2含量.结果]老鹳草提取物组血清一氧化氮含量及胃黏膜组织中PGE2含量均明显高于模型组.结论]老鹳草提取物对实验性胃溃疡小鼠胃黏膜抗损伤保护作用可能与提高血清一氧化氮含量及胃黏膜组织中PGE2含量有关.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the mechanism of protection of Geranium wilfordii Mayim on gastric mucosa of experimental gastric ulcer on mice.METHODS The mice were divided randomly,and the drugs were given on 7 days continuosly,and 10 mg/kg dose of reserpin were given by aquapuncture.The blood serum were collected after 6 hours,and the concentration of NO in serum were determined.The levels of PGE2 in gastric mucosa were measured in experimental gastric ulcer on mice.RESULTS The concentration of NO in serum and the level of PGE2 in gastric mucosa of the extract of Geranium wilfordii Maxim group were remarkably increased than those of control group.CONCLUSION The extract of Geranium wilfordii Maxim has protective effects on gastric mucosa of experimental gastric ulcer on mice,and the mechanism may be related to increasing the concentration of NO in serum and the level of PGE2 in gastric mucosa. |
