| 摘 要： | 本文对４７例滋养细胞肿瘤进行彩色多普勒观察，其中恶性１４例，良性３３例，均经手术及病理证实。结果表明：彩色多普勒能够迅速、直观了解肿瘤内血流状态及分布。以阻力指数（ＲＩ）作为判断恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断依据，如ＲＩ＜０．４６则考虑为恶性滋养细胞肿瘤。并认为彩色多普勒血流显像能检出病变的程度，为临床提供有力的诊断和治疗依据。

| Abstract: | Forty-seven trophoblastic disease cases, including 14 malignant and 33 benign, were exam ined by color Doppler. All the tumours were proved by surgery and pathology.Configuration and distribution of the tumour blood vessels were readily visualized. The resistive index (RI) was used as parameter for diagnosis, that is RI<0. 46 indicats malignant trophoblastic disease. |
