摘    要:目的 :探讨轻度高血压病患者血管及心脏重构。方法 :应用超声技术检测轻度高血压病患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度 (IMT)、横断面顺应性 (CSC)和容积扩张性 (VD)及心脏左室重量指数 (LVMI)、射血分数 (EF)、舒张早期与晚期二尖瓣峰值速度比值 (E/A)。分析IMT、CSC、VD与E/A、LVMI的相关性。结果 :轻度高血压病组颈动脉IMT增厚 ,CSC和VD降低 ,LVMI增高 ,E/A降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。E/A与IMT呈负相关 ,与CSC呈正相关 ,LVMI与IMT呈正相关 ,与CSC呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :轻度高血压病患者发生了血管及心脏重构。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate remodeling of artery and heart in patients with mild primary hypertension.Methods:A high-resolution ultrasound and echocardiography was used to study the Intima-Media Thickness(IMT),Cross-Section Compliance(CSC),Volume Distensibility(VD) of common carotid artery and Left Ventricular Mass Index (LVMI),Ejection Fraction(EF), ratio of peak early mitral diastolic velocity and peak late mitral diastolic velocity(E/A)in 50 patients with mild primary hypertension and 33 healthy persons with same age acted as a control group. To analyze the relativity of remodeling of artery and heart in patients with mild primary hypertension. Results:Compared with controls, IMT and LVMI was increased, CSC and VD and E/A were decreased respectively in patients with mild primary hypertension ( P <0.05).E/A was negatively related to IMT, but positively related to CSC, LVMI was positively related to IMT, but negatively related to CSC ( P <0.01). Conclusion:These findings indicate remodeling of artery and heart in patients with mild primary hypertension.
