清开灵注射液中杂蛋白的检测方法研究

摘    要:目的:建立清开灵注射液中大分子杂蛋白的检测方法。方法:以三氯乙酸沉淀结合双缩脲法初步测定清开灵注射液中杂蛋白的浓度,再用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)检测杂蛋白的分子量。结果:清开灵注射液成品中杂蛋白的分子量在3~7 KD之间。结论:本方法可用于检测清开灵注射液中的大分子杂蛋白。

Abstract:This study was aimed to establish a method for determining protein content in Qingkailing Injection. Biuret colorimetry was used to determine the protein which had been precipitated by trichloroacetic acid. SDSpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was used to determine the molecular weight of the protein. The results showed that molecular weight of protein in Qingkailing Injection is between 3 KD to 7 KD. It was concluded that SDS-PAGE can be used to determine the protein in Qingkailing Injection. This method is simple and rapid.
