| Abstract: | Cultivating innovative talents is a systemic project, which is influenced by educa- tional ecosystem. The comparison with educational ecosystems of developed countries shows that there are lots of factors affect the cultivating innovative talents in China including the internal factors of education system as well as family and social factors. |
