摘    要:氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)是一种性能优异、应用广泛的特种橡胶。我国CSM产品质量与国外同类商品仍存在较大差距,尤其缺乏高性能CSM产品。本文针对国内外同一牌号两种高性能CSM产品,首先从分子水平上研究国内外CSM分子链结构的差异,发现国外CSM产品的氯原子在分子链上分布较均匀,导致其玻璃化转变温度和结晶度相对较低,因此相对于国产CSM,国外CSM产品的拉伸性能、热稳定性能和耐寒性更加优异。

Abstract:Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) is a widely used special rubber with excellent properties. There is still a wide gap in quality between the domestic and foreign products. In particular, the high performance CSM products are lacked in our country. In this paper, the difference in the molecular chain structure between domestic and foreign CSM with the same grade was investigated. The results indicate that the chlorine atoms distribution along the molecular chain of CSM product abroad is more homogeneous, leading to the lower glass transition temperature and crystallinity, and thus the stronger tensile strength and better thermal stability and cold resistance compared to the domestic one.
