摘    要:采用核磁共振氢谱分别分析并考察了一种有马来酸酐(MAH)参与共聚的本体法丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)树脂(MABS)与一种乳液法ABS树脂(ABS1)的橡胶含量,并采用端基分析法测定了MABS中MAH质量分数。测定了无相容剂情况下的2种ABS树脂(ABS1和MABS)与聚碳酸酯(PC)合金力学性能,并通过扫描电镜和动态热机械分析仪对2种合金的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,PC/ABS1合金的相容性要优于PC/MABS,因而其冲击强度和弯曲强度均优于PC/MABS。可以通过提高橡胶质量分数和适当提高共聚物中丙烯腈的质量分数来提高PC/ABS合金的综合力学性能。

Abstract:Rubber content in acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (ABS) copolymerized with maleic anhydride (MAH) by bulk (MABS) and by emulsion polymerization (ABS1) was determined via 1H NMR. The MAH content in MABS was measured by means of end group analysis. Without the addition of any compatibilizers, MABS and ABS1 were blended with polycabonate (PC) respectively. Mechanical properties of the alloys were compared. The correlation between microstructure and properties was investigated via SEM and DMA. PC/ABS1 had higher impact and bending strength. The results indicated that PC/ABS1 had better compatibility and thus higher impact and bending strength than PC/MABS. Mechanical properties of PC/ABS alloy can be improved by increasing the contents of rubber and acrylonitrile.
