| 摘 要： | 医学的本质决定了医学教育要重视人文素质教育。对我国医学人文素质教育的现状和存在的问题进行审视，从教师队伍建设、课程体系设置、教学方法改革、校园文化建设4个方面探索加强和改进我国医学人文素质教育的新途径及长效机制。

| Abstract: | Medicine education must pay attention to humanity education, which is determined by the nature of medicine. The present situation and problems of the medical humanity education in china were reviewed and new approaches to improve long-term mechanism of the medical humanity education in china were enhanced from the following four apects：constructing teaching staff, setting up curriculum, reforming teaching methods and building campus-culture. |
