“日本医学教育改革蓝图”的启示

日本作为中国主要临近国家之一，近些年在医学教育改革中取得了巨大的成就。美国R．HarshaRao教授总结了日本早期医学教育的不足，并提出相应的改革蓝图，如积极改革教育体制、培养学生主动学习、强化临床实践、打破学科界限、建立综合型教育体系等，有力地推动了日本医学教育的发展，其中很多经验值得我国在医学教育改革的实践中借鉴。

Enlightenment of blueprint in medical education in Japan

Japan, one of the countries near China, has obtained great success in medical edu- cation through a long time exploration. Professor of R. Harsha Rao from America concluded the draw- backs in the early medical education in Japan, then proposed corresponding blueprint including refor- ming education systems, breaking the limitation in subjects and establishing comprehensive education system. Japanese medical education has been well promoted, the experience can be used in our coun- try＇s medical education reforms.
