摘    要:儿科见习是从儿科医学理论学习过渡到临床实践的桥梁,从见习时就开始培养科学系统的临床思维,是临床医师成长过程中必经的关键环节。在八年制儿科见习教学阶段,通过组织学生病例讨论、开设专题讲座、采取责任导师制等各种举措,可培养学生正确的临床思维、调动其学习积极性,取得良好教学效果。

Abstract:Pediatrics internship is a bridge that brings medical theory into clinical reality. Cultivate systematic clinical thinking during internship is the key to the growth of clinical doctors. Good outcome has been achieved among these eight-year medical students by using teaching methods such as case discussions, lectures, teacher instructions, which can cultivate proper clinical thinking and make students more active.
