62例病人的护理诊断分析

对６２份护理病历中４６２项护理诊断采用北美护理诊断协会（ＮＡＮＤＡ）对护理诊断的定义进行分析，符合定义特征的３２６项，占７０．５６％；不符合定义特征的１３６项，占２９．４４％。１３６项护理诊断中陈述错误或用语不当２７项，其中有些护理诊断与医学诊断相混淆，有些与护理问题相混淆。说明部分护理人员对护理诊断的概念还不理解，需加强学习，深刻了解其内涵。

Analysis of Nursing Diagnosis of 62 Patients

According to the definition of nursing diagnosis proposed by North American Nursing Diagnosis Association(NANDA),the nursing diagnosis in 462 items of 62 cases histories was analysed.There were 326 items (70.56%) consistent with the definition.There were 136 items (29.44%) inconsistent with the definition,and 27 of 136 items had mistaken statements or wrong choice of words.There were some obscurities between nursing and medical diagnosis,and confusion of nursing diagnosis with nursing problems,indicating that part of the nursing staffs had confusing conception to the nursing diagnosis and needed to study this theory and to understand profoundly its intension.
