益肾排毒液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症78例疗效观察

目的:观察益肾排毒液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)尿毒症的临床疗效。方法:选择CRF尿毒症患者138例,随机分为2组。益肾排毒液治疗组78例在一般治疗的基础上给予口服益肾排毒液(药物:西洋参、黄芪、丹参、三七、大黄、蒲公英、何首乌、肉桂、牵牛子、草果);西药对照组60例在一般治疗的基础上给予包醛氧淀粉。60天为1疗程。观察比较2组治疗前后临床症状、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)及血脂的变化情况。结果:总有效稳定率治疗组为88.5％,对照组为70.0％,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组BUN治疗后降低优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前后Hb、Alb均保持稳定,差异无显著性意义;治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)治疗后降低较对照组明显(P<0.05);2组血清高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗前后保持稳定,差异无显著性意义。结论:益肾排毒液对CRF尿毒症早、中期患者有较好疗效,能显著降低血脂水平,改善临床症状,疗效明显优于包醛氧淀粉。

Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Uremia by Yishen Paidu Ye: A Clinical Observation of 78 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Y ishen Paidu Ye(YPY) for chronic renal failure with uremia (CRFU). Methods: 138 cases of CRFU were allocated to 2 groups randomly: YPY group(78 cases)treated by general treatment and o-ral use of YPY(composed of Radix Panacis Quinguefolii, Radix Astragali, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Notoginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Herba Taraxaci, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Cortex Cinnamomi, Semen Pharbitidis and Fructus Tsaoko); western medicine group(60 cases)by general treatment, and aldehyde oxide starch. Sixty days constituted a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine(Cr), hemoglobin (Hb), plasma albumin (Alb) and blood lipid were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 88.5% in treatment group and 70.0% in control group (P < 0.01); BUN after treament, total serum cholesterol and triglyc-eride was more reduced in treatment group than in control group (P < 0. 05). Hb, Alb and high - density lipoprotein cholesterol remained stable in 2 groups before and after treatment, the differences being insignificant. Conclusion: YPY possesses a good effect for early and middle stages of CRFU, which can markedly decrease the level of blood lipid, alleviate the symptoms and is superior than aldehyde oxide starch.
