四川省阿坝州藏羌汉族儿童少年营养状况调查

目的了解四川省阿坝州藏、羌、汉族儿童青少年营养状况以及不同营养状况下体质量指数(BMI)的变化特点,为有关部门制订改善儿童青少年营养状况的措施提供科学依据。方法测定四川省阿坝州藏、羌、汉族1 822名7~18岁儿童青少年的身高、体重,采用“身高标准体重”筛查标准判定其营养状况。结果四川省阿坝地区中小学生营养不良和低体重检出率较高,超重和肥胖的检出率较低;男生青春中期营养不良和低体重检出率最高,女生青春期前和青春早期营养不良和低体重检出率最高;不同营养状况下,男女生BMI都随青春发育期的变化而规律性增长,各民族间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿坝州藏、羌、汉族中小学生低体重检出率较高,营养不良仍然是当地学生一个不容忽视的主要营养问题。

Nutrition Status of Children and Adolescents of Zang, Qiang and Han Nationalities in A-ba County in Sichuan

Objective To study the nutrition status of children and adolescents of Zang,Qiang and Han nationalities and to analyze their BMI with different nutrition state,so as to provide scientific evidence for their nutrition improvement.Methods A total of 1 822 children and adolescents of Tibetan,Qiang and Han nationalities aged 7-18 years were recruited in A-ba county in Sichuan Province.Their height and weight were measured,and their nutrition status was determined by the method of weight for height.Results There were higher prevalence of malnutrition and low-weight and lower prevalence of overweight and obesity in adolescents of A-ba County,Sichuan Province.The prevalence rates of malnutrition and low weight were highest in boys during puberty,but in girls,the highest prevalence rates were found during pre-puberty and peri-puberty.BMI of boys and girls increased with puberty development,while there was no significant difference between three nationalities(P>0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of low weight is high among the adolescents of Zang,Qiang and Han nationalities.Malnutrition is still a considerable problem for adolescents in A-ba County.
