| Abstract: | Objective:To determinate the content of total flavonoids of Spring Chaihu in different sources and collection stage. Methods: Colorimetry was adopted and the detection wavelength is 510 nm. Results and Conclusion: There are marked difference at the content of total flavonoids of Spring Chaihu from different sources and collection stage. |
