| Abstract: | This report describes a case of chronic neutrophilic urticarial dermatosis as a presenting feature of systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis. When encountered in children, neutrophilic urticarial dermatosis should raise suspicion of autoimmune or autoinflammatory disease. |
