乳腺癌保乳手术切缘的训练

目的在开展乳腺癌保乳手术前进行保乳手术切缘的训练．以保证在行保乳手术时尽可能减少切缘阳性的发生和保持乳腺的美观。方法利用乳腺癌根治术和改良根治术术中先行乳腺肿块切除病理活检的机会，按照正规保乳手术肿块切除的方法进行训练。结果通过保乳手术切缘训练，达到了减少肿块切缘阳性和重塑乳房美观的要求。为开展保乳手术打下良好的基础。结论保乳手术开展前进行保乳手术切缘训练，有助于保乳手术的顺利开展。
