| Abstract: | We report a case of a large right atrial myxoma. With the useof transoesophagal echocardiography, several cysts were idntifieldwithin the tumour and necrotic tissue was differentiated frommyxomatous tissue according to its echo-level. Transoesophagealechocardiography was very useful for the precise diagnosis ofcardiac tumour and demonstration of the inner structure. |
