| Abstract: | The chemical structure,antigenic determinants,origin of allergen,clinical characteristics of hypersensitivity reaction and crossreactivity of penicillin were introduced in detail.The common diagnostic technology(skin test)and new diagnostic methods in vitro were elucidated and compared. |
