| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药生津增效汤对食管癌患者放疗前后细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将154例食管鳞癌患者随机分为放疗组和治疗组,和健康组66例,分别检测各组外周血CD3 、CD4 /CD8 、B淋巴细胞、NK淋巴细胞水平。结果:放疗同时口服生津增效汤的患者CD3 、NK淋巴细胞百分数、B淋巴细胞、CD4 /CD8 值明显高于治疗前的水平(P<0.05)。结论:生津增效汤可以明显改善食管癌患者放疗后的细胞免疫功能状态。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Chinese herbs Shengjinzengxiao decoction with radiotherapy on the immune function of patients with esophageal cancer.Method: Retrospectively randomized patients: patients receiving radiotherapy vs.patients receiving radiotherapy and Chinese herbs Shengjinzengxiao decoction,and 66 health people.CD3 CD4 /CD8 B cells were measured.Result: The mean level of NK cells,B cells,CD3 CD4 /CD8 were increased after treated by Shengjinzengxiao during decoction irradiation.Conclusion: Chinese herbs Shengjinzengxiao decoction during irradiation may improve the cellular immune of patients. |
