| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫测定法对52例外科感染病儿进行血液甲状腺激素和促甲状腺激素检测,并与30例正常小儿进行对照.结果表明,重症组甲状腺素(T_4)和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)较轻症组和对照组显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),重症组反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT_3)较轻症组和对照组明显升高(P<0.01),促甲状腺激素(TSH)无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗后三组间T_4,T_3,rT_3和TSH无明显差异(P>0.05);急性期病儿T_4和T_3较好转期和痊愈期明显降低(P<0.01),rT_3则明显升高(P<0.01).提示T_4,T_3和rT_3的含量变化与小儿感染的病情、疗效和预后密切相关.

| Abstract: | The levels of serum T_3 and T_4 in 52 surgically infected children were determined by radioimmunoassay. We found that in the infected children the serum T_3 and T_4 levels were all lower but the serum rT_3 levels were higher than in normal children ( both P<0.01). We also found that the serious cases had the lowest levels of serum T_3 and T_4. Following effective treatment, the above hormone levels would improve till they became completely normal after the children had been cured. |
