摘    要:Oxford单髁置换(UKA)准确截骨、间隙平衡、获得稳定及良好运动轨迹是手术成功的关键.UKA首先建立的是屈曲间隙,然后根据屈曲间隙大小再建立伸直间隙.其间隙平衡是指,在完成内侧胫骨平台截骨后,通过对股骨髁远端研磨调整股骨假体相对于股骨放置的高度,获得相等的屈伸间隙.UKA截骨一环扣一环,不能失误.胫骨截骨量不能过多...

Abstract:The results of mobile bearing UKA depend on accurate osteotomy, gap balance, postoperative stability and excellent bearing track. In mobile bearing UKA, the extension gap is created according to the size of flexion gap established in the first step. After the medial tibial plateau cut, the distal femoral condyle was drilled to adjust the prosthesis height relative to the femur to obtain equal flexion and extension gap, and then an appropriate bearing was selected to restore the natural tension of the medial collateral ligament. UKA osteotomy buckles one ring, step by step, and cannot make mistakes. Tibial cut should not be too much and slope should not be too large. Avoid damaging the medial collateral ligament. A good track of mobile bearing can reduce the impingement, excessive suspension and dislocation. This requires accurate tibial cut and femoral cut direction. The vertical tibial cut can be slightly internal rotation to adapt to the knee screw-home mechanism. The center of femoral prosthesis should be consistent with the center of the tibial prosthesis. It is recommended to install the femoral prosthesis in alignment with the kinematics of the knee.
