| 摘 要： | 观察中风康胶囊治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。采用随机对照观察 ,设中风康胶囊治疗组 12 0例和脑复康片对照组 80例 ,观察临床疗效、血液流变学变化及不良反应。结果 :治疗组总有效率 83 3% ;对照组总有效率5 8 8% ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血液流变学较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effects of zhonfengkang capsule treating apoplectic sequel.Methods:200 patients were randomly assigned to 120 cases of treatment group with zhonfengkang capsule and 80 cases of control group with Naofukang.Results:Treatment group,recovery 25 cases (20.8%),marked progress 46 cases (38.3%),improving 29 cases(24.2%),the whole effective rate is 83.3%.Control group,recovery 10 cases (12.5%),marked progress 16 cases (20.0%),improving 21 cases(26.3%),the whole effective rate is 58.8%(P<0.05).Treatment group is better than control ones.The blood hemorrheology in treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treated in treatment group and after treatment in control group.Conclusion:Zhongfengkang capsule has a good effect on treating apoplectic sequel. |
