妊娠与血脂代谢异常的探究

妊娠是妇女的一段特殊生理时期，随着胎儿及其附属组织在孕妇体内生长，母体会发生许多生理变化，这些变化有可能导致母体血液中某些生化指标的改变，血脂代谢就是其中重要变化之一。近年来发现血脂代谢出现严重异常时，常常伴发妊娠并发症，如子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症等，通过对血脂代谢的研究及早发现，及早干预，提高妊娠期母儿健康。该文对血脂代谢与妊娠期并发症的关系作以下综述。

Exploration of Pregnancy and Abnormal Metabolism of Serum Lipids

Pregnaney is a special physiological state of women. A variety of maternal physiological chan- ges uceur during pregnancy, which includes blood lipid metabolism. These changes contribute to facilitate fetal and placenta development. But it＇s also found that lipid disturbances may lead to the complications of pregnancy, such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus （ GDM ） , intrahepatie cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP） , and so on. Studies on the changes of pregnancy maternal plasma lipid concentrations can realize early diseuvery and interventions as soon as possihle,to promote the maternal anti infant health. Here is to make a review of the correlation between plasma lipid metabolism and pregnancy complications.
