| 摘 要： | 眼眶炎性假瘤是一种常见的眼眶疾病，在眼眶病变中排第三位。该病的发病机制不清，主要有感染与免疫两大学说，目前更倾向于免疫学说，认为与免疫球蛋白G4（IgG4）相关系统性疾病有关。患者体内IgG4血清水平增高，并表现出IgC4相关系统性疾病的症状。治疗方法主要包括糖皮质激素治疗、放射治疗、免疫抑制剂治疗、手术治疗等。糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂等治疗手段也支持病因是自身免疫学说。

| Abstract: | Orbital inflammatory pseudotumor（OIP） is the third common orbital disease. The pathogenesis of OIP is currently unknown. Basically,there are two hypotheses：infection and immunity. At present immune theory is more inclined and this disease is thought to be related with IgG4 related systemic diseases. The level of IgG4 in serum of patients is increased, and patients have symptoms of IgG4 related systemic disease. Treatment methods mainly include glucocorticoid therapy, radiotherapy, imnmnosuppressant therapy, surgical treatment, etc.. Glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant therapy also support the autoimmunity hypothesis. |
