针刀结合盐酸川芎嗪治疗膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后疼痛疗效观察

目的探讨针刀结合盐酸川芎嗪治疗膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后疼痛的疗效。方法选择2008年11月至2010年11月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院进行膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后疼痛的患者63例，采用针刀结合盐酸川芎嗪对其疼痛进行治疗，并采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和生存质量（QOL）评分对患者治疗前和治疗后3、6、12个月进行评分、比较。结果VAS评分在治疗前为（7．5±2．2）分，治疗后3、6、12个月分别为（3．7±1．6）分、（1．6±1．3）分、（1．5±1．4）分．与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；QOL评分在治疗前为（59．5±10．8）分，治疗后3、6、12个月分别为（74．2±8．2）分、（82．2±7．7）分、（85．5±8．1）分，-9治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刀结合盐酸川芎嗪对膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后疼痛患者的疼痛程度和生存质量均有不同程度的改善，收到较好的疗效。

Observation on Efficacy Acupotomology Combined with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Treatment for Postoperative Pain of Arthroscopic Knee Osteoarthritis Cleanup

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupotomology combined with ligustrazine hydro- chloride for postoperative pain after knee osteoarthritis arthroscopic treatment. Methods In the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from November 2008 to November 2010,63 cases of knee osteoarthritis arthroscopic clean-up with postoperative pain were selected, and given the treatment of aeupotomology combined with ligustrazine hydrochloride, and visual analog score （visual analog scale, VAS）and quality of life（QOL） assessment method were adopted to compare the before treatment, 3,6 and 12 months after the treatment. Results VAS score was（7.5 ±2.2）before treatment,after treatment,were 3.7 ± 1.6,1.6 ± 1.3, and 1.5 ± 1.4 at 3,6,12 months after treatment respectively, which were of statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. QOL score before treatment was （59.5 ± 10.8 ）, and were 74.2 ± 8.2,82.2 ± 7.7,85.5 ± 8. 1 at 3,6,12 months after treatment respectively, which were of statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The acupotomology combined with ligustrazine hydrochloride has different degrees of improvement on the pain and quality of life of patients after knee osteoarthritis arthroscopic treatment, which is deemed as good efficacy.
